Most recently, Mr. Boudreau was Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Technology for TVA.

Today, Catherine Tait, President and CEO of CBC/Radio-Canada, announced the appointment of Daniel Boudreau as Executive Vice-President, Media Technology and Infrastructure Services.

Most recently, Mr. Boudreau was Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Technology for TVA. He has also held several other senior leadership positions at a variety of media companies in Canada.

“I have asked Daniel to take on this role because of his broad business experience in operations and production, as well as media and information technology”, said Ms. Tait. “For the public broadcaster to succeed in an increasingly competitive, global market, we need our technology and our infrastructure to stay leading edge. Daniel has the experience to help us do just that.”

“I am very excited to be joining the CBC/Radio-Canada team.” said Mr. Boudreau. “The public broadcaster is a pinnacle in media operations and technology, and I look forward to helping ensure the right technology and infrastructure is in place to support the Corporation's strategic direction.”

Mr. Boudreau will be based in Toronto and will be joining the public broadcaster effective February 4, 2019.
